Nice apartments but the rent is an outrageous amount especially if you don't sign a lease go month to month.

Not only am I being harassed by the maintenance man because I complained on him about my property that he destroyed. He now has went to the office to claim that my dogs are not on the leash which is true I want to give my dogs free time to not feel like theyâre so conformed to one space. My dogs have not bothered nor harmed anyone. what he did was add extra information in there that was not true, first itâs gross to not clean up afterwards so thatâs my point I want to know how they took his word for it but gave me a hard time about my property he damaged and admitted to. I clean ! after my dogs! I want to understand how they are very concerned about the small things but havenât prioritized the gun pulled out on me by my next-door neighbor. I have seen some of the other reviews and I can definitely agree that this is alleged to be luxurious homes however the staff is far from luxury.

HOT WATER HAS BEEN OUT/OFF ALL WEEKEND.. BEEN CALLING SINCE FRIDAY AFTERNOON, EVEN PUT IN EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS. THE GUY CAME OVER & NEVER RETURNED. OFFICE IS CLOSED TOMORROW SO NO HOT WATER ALL WEEKEND? WOOOOOW, EXACTLY WHY PEOPLE SKIP OUT ON THE RENT, LEAVING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. MANAGEMENT SUCKS. MAINTENANCE SUCKS. GLORIA PARK VILLAS, YOU SUCK. THANKS FOR A HORRIBLE WEEKEND, ONE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN & CAREFREE.. YET I'M HERE WITHOUT HOT WATER. GUESS I'LL HAVE TO GO TO A HOTEL/CASINO JUST TO WASH MY A$$ IF I WANT TO DO ANYTHING? QUICK TO ISSUE EXTRA CHARGES BUT CAN'T RATHER WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE YOUR TENANTS!! WHY IS MY HOT WATER STILL NOT WORKING (AGAIN, ALL WEEKEND)?!

I feel like my property and my security as a new resident has not been taken solemnly. Upon moving here I loved the atmosphere. However, the other day I had someone work in my home, who damaged property of mine. Too add, also admitted to sucking up my earrings in his machine. In more detail, the worker did not tell me I had to go in the restroom to find them moved from the original spot. I proceeded to ask him, he replied with he didnât see them and they got sucked up in his machine, as he left he said Iâll buy you some more. It felt insincere and a mockery. they were laying on my counter blatantly. I reported it to the office and it seems my concerns are not of importance. Also they used the words alleged but the maintenance guy who worked in my apartment admitted to me and his supervisor. So I would like to know why there is no help at the moment?
