I have lived here for 6 years and this complex has gone completely downhill. For the last 3 months there has been 3 different families living next door to me, it changes every month . The problem is these aren't weekly rentals . About a month ago there was a notice of declaration on the door next door but people keep changing? One time one of the homeless people on the corner was working on their car. I watched him hop the fence when he was done. People managing this complex do not pay attention to anything. I forgot the graffiti everywhere too. And the main pool with jacuzzi is always locked. This is the time of year to use the jacuzzi, not when it's hot. There are some cars that you have to wonder are stolen and they are being hidden in here. I could keep going, just be very careful before moving here
