I have lived here for just over a decade. And while i have seen a many changes over the years.. many of which i didnt care for. The current office and maintenance teams are friendly & respond quickly.

they increased the rent by $200 too much, in less than 3 months the fire alarm goes off at midnight or 3 am and they take 2 hours to turn it off, they want to fine you for everything even decorating for Christmas and they don't compensate for their inconveniences. In the summer the homeless go to the pool to wash their clothes, it's disgusting and they walk around the complex and nobody says anything, they have no control. I wish never come to live in this place!!!

I’ve been living here for almost a year had absolutely no problems..The walls are pretty thick too so I can’t even hear the people above me or beside me at all …And I can play my music during the day and not have to worry about bothering the neighbors…. It is so quiet and beautiful everyone keeps to their selves

There is nothing bad to say about this Beautiful apartments…Been living here for almost a year now And I been loving it! I feel at home. Is clean,safe and beautiful. Everyone is so nice and respectful if I need something to be done at the apartment they are always there. The girls at the office always have a smile on their face even tha maintainer Maintenance guys so helpful! There is no bugs it all and that is something really really big for me and my girls..Simple So Happy here!

My car has been broken Into 3 times in the last 4 months I have police reports for all three times, one of the times it was actually stolen but recovered a short distance later, high rent but does not have security, was told âyou pay to live here not for securityâ and thereâs nothing that can be done I should purchase a garageâ¦. After Iâve already purchased an alarm system and safety devices for my vehicle after the second time also like to state the garages get broken into as well. I was also advised Iâm not the only one whoâs car gets stolen and broken into, I have also spoke to SEVERAL other occupants who also report the same thing happening to there vehicles and garages. They need to be reported immediately, itâs not safe in these apartments it happens so frequently the next time they may hurt someone to get there vehicle or worst someone may hurt them it honestly feels like harassment and nothings being done they make that very clear they canât do anything besides update your fileâ¦. You live here but your car is not any importance

Stay away from this place⦠my heater has not work for almost 2 week and they have send so call there thech to fix it and havenât done anything my bill has skyrocket bc of this issue. Housing department need to get involve and look into this property stay away from this place

I walked into Gloria Park Villas wanted to see a 3 bedroom. Isabel told me they didn’t have anything available at the moment and showed me the 2bedroom 2bath,was beautiful but unfortunately too small for my family . I must say Isabel was friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you.
