They keep raising the rent every time we re-sign the lease. They also give excuses about what you ask them to fix! We have had trouble with our dishwasher, but I'm told that it can't be the filter because the washing machine doesn't have one. Now they're harassing us over anything they can.

The guy at the leasing office is extremely rude. The complex took possession of my property and changed the locks without notification. I was in the process of moving out after my roommate had passed away and these people did not cooperate with me at all. I now have to get the police involved to get my stuff out. This is how tenants are treated... Not cool... Especially in a case of unexpected death

Horrible service, I have tried calling the office 5 times to obtain information about their one bed room apartment. I have had ZERO luck in getting them to answer their phone so they will be crossed off of my 'potential apartment' search list. If they can not answer the phone for potential customers then I highly doubt that they will answer their phone for residents. Zero Stars.
