Horrible service, I have tried calling the office 5 times to obtain information about their one bed room apartment. I have had ZERO luck in getting them to answer their phone so they will be crossed off of my 'potential apartment' search list. If they can not answer the phone for potential customers then I highly doubt that they will answer their phone for residents. Zero Stars.

I love living here I've been here for one year my lease is over July 31 2015 I really hate that I have to move due to the rent increase that's the only reason why I have decided to move....This place is Extremely clean very quiet and friendly staff Silvia & Carlos are awesome!!!Silva is the reason I moved in how she found my # I don't know but one day out of the blue she called me I scheduled an appointment and next thing i know I was moving in....I'm so very sad that I have to move I almost want to cry but it's life and really enjoyed my time staying here...One thing I really like is you can pay your rent with your debit card that's awesome I wish all apartments were set up like that. If I get a better job making more money I will be moving back here but for now I will say this place was truly the best apartment thus far that I've rented in Vegas I will miss calling this my home....Gloria park is an awesome safe, clean place to live!!!

The apartment was the nicest I've ever lived at. "Thee apartment itself". I had a upstairs 2 bed 2 bath vaulted ceiling with no fireplace. My apartment came with new carpet and the appliances seemed like brand new. It Worked for me bc I'm ocd clean freak. Now, I would had stayed if it weren't for 8 bad reasons. 1- They switched their employees to a different apartment property and I informed them I was getting out of a abusive relationship and away from a psychopath. I didnt want him to know where I lived. They informed me the dont give out personal info.WRONG. Well his charm worked on new employees and he got them to tell them where I lived. So now I had a stalker but no proof. And let me say his job allow him to stalk me LEGAlly. I specifically got a garage so my ex couldn't drive in there to find my vehicle. Nope they told him my apartment #. 2- I had non stop Asian smokers who smoked all the time and slammed their patio door so I could never open my windows and my apartment had mini earthquakes bc of their door.EVERY F'in DAY. Ps I choose upstairs to enjoy the pinetrees and view of strip from my balcony. 3- the walls and floors are thin. So after 6 months i finally got neighbors behind me. My front bathroom shared pipes so when they took a shower 10xs a day it was louder than myself or someone else taking a shower. I had to shut all doors to drown out sound. Thank god they were 15 minute showers bc the WATER heater SUCKS 50 gallon you RUNOUT of Hot water. I'll never again rent a apartment with a small water heater. 4- electric ONLY on everything!!!! 5- the floors creak in my front bed and bath. I can walk and hear them creak, so it was 10xs louder for downstair neighbors. So they like to pound or slam their closet door like a complete ignorant Assholes that they were for like a minute straight. It was so loud when they did it seemed like forever.Let me remind u, I walked on my toes to keep quiet. Maintence is pretty quick if you go find them on property. I would put a maintence order in the office and find the guy to get what I need and do it myself. It was quicker. And for those who said they got robbed here, change your locks. Go invest in a multilock, it can't be drilled nor picked . just give a key to apartment complex.you will feel safe. 6-Their is no security and the security gate always breaks. 7-THE Gym is a joke. Ps the maintence guys golfcart are annoying with their backing up noise maker. 8-Trash Is tuesday and Friday so don't get a Apartment by the trash can. If YOU Are GRAVEYARD They WILL Wake U Out Of A dead sleep bc They HAVE To Dump 4 Big TRASH bins.they seriously take 10-15 minutes to do.

We get here as a crew o seven members that want to find a center place to live in Las Vegas. In Less that one year One of our friends was rob two times in the same apartment. All of us decide to move except one of us that have the wife and born child that couldn't move cause his economics. And after 5 months that we left, someone stole his car from front of his house during the night. Please don't come to live to this place....zero (0) security (even with them having a security person at night) and the main gate was damage (open) in various occasion during the year (Was open also the night that the car was stole). NO lo recomiendo para nada, por varios dolares adicionales pueden conseguir lugares mas seguros y de la misma calidad o mejor a solo bloques de distancia. Muy mala experiencia la de nuestro equipo :(

I've lived here for about 3 years in both the 1bed/1bath and 2bed/2bath floor plans. The location is good. It is very close to everything including the Strip, so if you work at one of the hotels, the commute is super short. Food options are awesome, as you would expect living in China Town. The closest legit department store is Target on Rainbow/SprgMtn, so it's a bit of a drive for that, and groceries, the best place far-and-away is Sprouts on Rainbow/Flamingo. Drivers in the area suck, unsurprisingly, and traffic on Spring Mountain can get pretty bad at certain times of the day, however there are enough cross-streets that you can navigate around any major accidents. Another plus, you can also take Decatur to the 215 or 95 with relative ease, which can be nice when the 15 has heavy traffic (Fri/Sun) Management was always good to me for the most part. They responded to any maintenance and pest issues very quickly. Bugs were only ever a minor issue while I was there. All the floor plans are very spacious and the kitchens are pretty nice, carpet is okay but not amazing, and the ceilings are pretty tall. Now, the reason I am leaving is because I had a less than stellar neighbor, but in my first apartment and for most of the time I was in my current apartment I didn't have too many issues with people. Sadly, while I have voiced my concerns of my neighbor repeatedly, he has persisted as an issue enough that I have decided to leave. However, I don't blame the management staff for this issue, and I would say, if you are planning on moving in, try to get a sense of the people you will be living around, because by the time you read this review, your situation will be completely different than mine. Overall, I would recommend the complex. It's slightly more expensive than other apartments in the area, but I thought it was worth the money. However, if the range of locations you are looking at is bigger, there may be better options.

I lived here for a total of 4 years and would have stayed if I wasn't purchasing a home. They are located on Spring Mountain and Decatur which is pretty...

Justo moved in like the place so far. Clean, quiet, walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors i dont mind if they keep it low . Vaulted ceilings renovated apartments ceiling fans. The only thing is parking my parking space is half a mile away , just an exaggeration but it is far and my vehicle out of viewing area. When other neighboss have parking right in front of apartment .
