Car was stolen overnight. The leasing agents did not help whatsoever, instead the lady I spoke to asked if I had left any valuables in my car and that I shouldnât have been careless. THATS NOT THE POINT, whether my belongings were visible in the car shouldnât prompt someone to take our car, there shouldâve been security to do their rounds around the complex and the exit gate needs to be shut. I was told that gate was always jammed open so anyone can come in as they please. There are no security cameras outside. I see homeless people come in and security does not visit as often as they should unless someone who lives in the complex calls them and even if I did it was already too late by the time I noticed my car was gone. These are not luxury apartments and they donât care for anyoneâs safety.

This is an honest review since I am coming up on 10 months of living here, which I have to renew my lease sooner than expected due to miscommunication in the office but that's another story. Cynthia : 5 stars. Great energy, willing to work with you to find what you are looking for, and answers all questions. She honestly should be in management! Not only was my experience with her pleasant and fun, but she got me into the best unit I could have asked for. Honestly, I am renewing my lease now BECAUSE of Cynthia and the fact that my rent isn't going up too bad so I can afford another year here. Ann : 1 star. for some reason I don't think she likes me. I had only interacted with her when I was first signing my lease. I had mentioned that my lease end date was wrong and she assured me that it could be fixed, even after i signed. I followed up after a couple of months and was told by another manager that its a regional correction. Ann never came to talk to me, instead answered my issues through Arrun. Long story short, the correction was never made and now I have to end my lease 2 months earlier! My welcome home says a 12 month lease but now management is saying there is nothing that can be done to change it. So although my application and welcome home is for 12 months from November, they expect me to make decisions on renewing or leaving by September 30th. There is no corporate number or contact, everything is through the apartment complex. Any issues you have, there is nothing they can do for you.... I would just stress that when you sign your lease ONLY SIGN IT IF EVERYTHING IS CORRECT! Don't believe that they can fix anything after it has been signed because they cant. Arun : 4 Stars. patient and soft spoken. Kind. Property : 2 stars. I have never seen security driving around. My car was broken into. I went to the gym at 4:30 and found a homeless person sleeping in there while charging his phone. This area isn't the safest. Homeless and addicts roam around this area and will at times come onto the property or hang out at the front entrance. The few times I have made maintenance request they came within a day or less, so no major complaints. There was one gentleman who was so nice but I haven't seen him at all. Koreatown : I love the shopping and eatery around this complex. Close to the strip and other areas are easy to get to. Public transportation is very easy from here. BUT on a positive note, the apartments themselves are nice. I enjoy my 1 bedroom apartment
